Returns and Exchanges

We want you to love every product you purchase from DEFYPAPER.  If you need to return a product, please call us at 800.486.3435 or email us to start the return process.   We’re here to help you every step of the way.

Returns

You may return products for any reason – up to 30 days from the date of delivery.

If the product hasn’t been opened we are happy to refund 100% of your product cost.  Products that have been opened but have not been used and are in resalable condition may be returned with a 20% restock fee.

Manufacturer Defects

As an authorized distributor of the products we offer we provide a 100% guarantee against manufacturer defects.  In the rare case of a manufacture defect please call or email us and we will replace your order or provide you a full refund.

Return Shipping

Please note, depending on the reason for your returning an item, you may be responsible for return shipping costs. Shipping is not refundable on items returned due to customer preference/change of mind.

Packaging

Products should be returned in their original packaging and protected against shipping damage. On the outside of the box, write your RA number and your return address.

Inside the box, include your RA number and contact information, order number, and reason for return. We recommend you choose a shipping method that is trackable.

Once we receive your package, we will credit the amount of the item to the original method of payment. If the item was purchased with a gift certificate or as a gift, you’ll be issued an in-store credit for the amount of the item.
