We know – you are excited to see your new paper! Our team is on it.
Orders placed by 1:00 pm central time, Monday through Friday, ship the same day. Because of the relationships with our manufacturing and shipping partners, all products ship within 24 hrs. of receiving your order (excluding weekends and US holidays).
Shipping Methods
We use UPS and FedEx for our small parcel deliveries. For large, Less than Truckload (LTL) orders we use a variety of Common Carriers. For LTL orders we will work with you to find the best rate and delivery logistics.
We offer the following shipping options for small parcel deliveries:
- Ground - Monday through Friday Delivery
- Express Saver - Monday through Friday Delivery
- 2 Day - Monday through Friday Delivery
- 2 Day AM - Monday through Friday Delivery
- Standard Overnight - Next business (Monday through Friday) day by 3:00 pm
- Priority Overnight - Next business (Monday through Friday) day by 10:00 am
A physical street address is required for any item shipped via a small-parcel carrier, except for those shipments going to an APO or FPO which will be shipped via USPS for an additional fee. We do not ship to P.O. boxes or freight forwarding addresses.
We ship to the contiguous United States only. We are not able to offer free shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, or Puerto Rico, we will charge the actual rate of shipping. We are not able to ship internationally.
Track Your Order
You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order ships. The email will contain your shipping tracking number. Click on the link within the email which will bring you to the shippers tracking webpage. You will now be able to view the latest tracking information.
